In this module, you will learn how to think deeply about the problems you uncovered — and begin developing creative solutions. You'll use powerful tools like the 5W1H method to dig into the root of your problem, explore whether your solution should be a product or a service, and use brainstorming techniques to generate and refine your ideas.
By the end of this module, you will be able to:
- Use the 5W1H method to deeply analyze a problem
- Distinguish between products and services
- Brainstorm and prioritize solution ideas
- Write a testable hypothesis using the If-Then format
