Welcome back, entrepreneur!
In Module 3, you used the 5W1H method to deeply understand your problem, brainstormed creative solutions, and wrote testable If-Then hypotheses for your top three ideas.
Now it's time to take the next major step: choosing one idea and committing to it.
What we'll cover in Module 4:
In this module, you will conduct market research to understand your competition and discover what makes your idea unique. You'll use this research to define your Unique Value Proposition (UVP) — the concise statement that explains why your solution is the best option for your target audience.
Then you'll use the powerful Lean Canvas framework to map out the key elements of your entrepreneurial project in one clear, structured document.
By the end of this module, you will:
- Know how to conduct market research using online and traditional methods
- Be able to define a clear Unique Value Proposition (UVP)
- Understand and complete the first four elements of your Lean Canvas
- Have chosen ONE project to carry forward for the rest of the course
This is a pivotal moment.
Every choice you've made in the previous modules has led here. It's time to pick your best idea and start building something real. Let's go!
